Agree with many of the above comments and I've also picked up a parcel here (my avg is way higher).
There will be contracts come and go but the need for good infrastructure never ends. The electricity grid is going to need major upgrades just to service all the renewables, vehicle charging points and the like for many many years.
If you've got a 5-10 year time frame this is a value investment that I think is worth entering at these levels.
