    BUL is still at +50m market cap.
    Compared to other juniors who are actually doing things like drilling, fracking, flowing...(see NWE and AKK to start with), BUL just doesn't stack up.


    Potential...yes.
    But when are they actually going to achieve something of substance?

    What would give anyone ANY confidence that 2013 is going to be any different for BUL to the previous year?
