Props? Possibly are a heap of conditional orders ( which are not visible in market depth for those who don't know what they are) at .024, .025, .026 ready to scoop up spillage from shaky hands? - for short term trading opportunities to sell on the news. Just my thoughts.
There's simply not enough volume traded presently for there to be a sell off of any description, IMO.
