Hi mate, not really all that knowledgeable about these little trades. You or I have minimum limits way above a handful of shares and with brokerage costs, well....

I'm more than familiar with the last minute trades that caninfluence the technicals of a stock either just before close or in the after market auction usually a few to tens of thousands of shares however.

From a technical perspective (and please jump in if you are VSA, or what ever type of technicals you chart, I would like to hear your thoughts) and using hot copper for my point, there have been no posts regarding charting this stock for months and months, my take is we are as popular as polio with the charting crowd so i don't think the purpose of the trade for $2.70 was to control the closing price today.

So tonight's little trade was probably just part of someone's algo order, some of the parcels today suggest there could be at least one entity buying on this basis I think.
