you must be careful not to buy in the beginning of the Tday, because after 1 o 2 hours the sell off starts. I've written this many times, It's better to buy FRX towards the end of the Tday.
I hope I'm wrong, but if this sell off goes on in America as I believe very soon we will see 3.7cents. But this could be only short term noise, but I think there will be much better buying opportunities at the end of the month.
