    Yeah... gains to be made buying cheap houses... but MIX is so much easier... I would be very nervy trying to manage residential tenants from across the pacific... who's to know who is ripping who off. Would really need trusted people over there.

    Have heard some horror stories from friends of friends.... not quite the same rules protecting owners in USA as in OZ.




    MIX doing very nicely of late.
