As a Newcrest shareholder I am not sure we are being shortchanged with the Newmont takeover. Whilst with the current currency conversion rate The offer seems reasonable, but with so many observers predicting a US $ collapse in the near future due to their excessive debt, This might not be reasonable in the next six months. Any thoughts on this.
