I think also DB the JV could (!!!) plead that the information gained is to sensitive to release as it would give their competitors information that could be used to gain further licences ................ that's of course if the JV are after additional lic's and that's exactly what FAR has done, also think there may be more info to come from management in due time re the Djiffere block.
