Yeah lol........It's widely reported that Senegal was the largest oil discovery in 2015 and some people think a tight hole policy will keep other oilers from paying attention to this new oil 'province'. A big fat LOL...It seems nobody gives a damn. High cost exploration, appraisal and DEVELOPMENT. Not a great recipe in this NEW energy environment. Beware the rewarded spruikers. Cheers
