1% of total shares on Issue,that's about 1.2 million now needs to be sold before a Notice of Sub Change is required.
I think if Dave goes under 10% he no longer has a "spoiling stake" in any possible TakeOver in future.

Dave sells in very small parcels.See previous notices.He is not responsible for a Days Total Transactions.
If he was selling to himself,one would expect large Transfer Numbers rather than small parcel,on market transactions.

Now,I won't be posting for a month or so but kakarot don't keep up any Rot about the Dave Conspiracy.Such stuff is mere Rumour from one septic tank yank and to carry it on could get Mossad onto ya for Racial Vilification if not just being DUMB!!
