I am a staunch SUM holder (long) and attended the webinar couple of days ago. I understand the directors are in $100k combined. I have read previous posts here re shorting etc. This document below states "The placement price represents a 15.3% discount to the close of the last day of trading of $0.295 on the 5 July 2024. GBA Capital acted as lead manager for the placement." Excuse my ignorance but is GBA the purchaser of these 10,000,000 securities? If anyone is able to explain please thank-you.
