No new Evidence brought forward . All we need to do is is refute al claims and refer to judge Brown's desision . I have a sister a lot smarter than me . She called this morning and said herself and her colleagues dont expect this to go the distance. To do so would be unnecessary. ??? the same people also said that smm were unlikely to appeal such a one sided decision too . So I dont know what to think.
