Hershamboy very easy to take pot shots from the outside. You have absolutely no idea about how the company operated internally and was the CEO supported on key decisions and strategy by the Board to deliver. Fact is apart from a title Prof. Thompson has delivered nothing to date that will help the wheezo product sell once approved. Where are the studies? Where are the peer reviewed papers to convince the medical community this is a breakthrough product? Late October and absolutely nothing to show for it!
If we don't have a Board spill now this company will simply bleed to a slow death , how is that helping shareholders?
What high quality CEO would leave their job to join this mess? More concerning what investors would bring capital to this unless there is real change and a plan. Where is the new vision and plan from the current Board ? We hear nothing and the SP & Market cap goes south. Clearly you want to reward this behaviour and let them continue.
