What do you mean it's out of the way? It could be sold down on the first sign of a recovery or it could be sold down at the first sign of another plunge? It is by no means out the way.
Not saying that the director's will definitely sell, but the risk is that they may in order to lock away profits at what could be the high for the next 6-12mths.
