It seems to me that BEC is all about resolving its debt levels which as I understand are around $525m.
Does anyone have any firm thoughts on this matter and specifically (a) any facilities that are unlikely to roll over in the near term and (b) whether there are any stringent loan covenants.
Also, from my preliminary review, BEC won't get much of the recent interest rate reductions as the loans are mostly hedged and no doubt to rates much higher than spot.
Sentiment: not a shareholder....but doing due diligence and attracted by a company that is trading at 10% of NTA.
