tcf re reading the past ann's you do get the feeling GDN were doing the bare minimum to satisfy their agreements. PB3 I believe is a different kettle of fish as this is theirs and they want to make sure this one is done right given the potential it offers to re do PB1 and 2. Conspiracy theories abound but one things for sure this time around there is no fan fare with the drilling program just the facts - the way I think most of us would like it.
