zmans I agree Para 3# is a different well and being drilled under a range of different circumstances. Maybe a pinch of honesty from the Board this time will be the difference.
I'm not sure what you mean about the fan fare though.
GDN's reporting on Para 3# to date has been no different to Para 1 or 2. They are reporting progress as they have done before.
The fan fare comes from the market and sites like hot copper that run on hype. Not from GDN.
Reports that have "gas show" in them are hyped by the market not by GDN. Should they not report gas shows in Para 3?
Market hype will happen again and each of us here will be fanning the flame. Be sure of that.
But that will be encouraged by the negative posts which will have to be responded to.
In my view there is little difference between Para 3 and the other wells. The next three weeks will show I'm right on this point.
