Good afternoon gentlemen,

My name is (Name deleted to not breech HC TOU) and one of the organisers assisting Franky1 with the Shareholder Action group.

As a group of shareholders exercising their rights, it became necessary to engage legal representation. This was obvious from the time the first document (203D) was served and subsequently deemed invalid.

I take most blame for the 1st document being rejected as it was my ignorance of the Corporations Act in regards to electronic signatures versus digital signatures that can be verified.

Needless to say, I will bear the cost of having had to redo the 203D for submitting.

Please see attached: Invoice from Perth Legal and a receipt of funds transferred to Perth Legal to cover the amount owing.

Therefore:
I am requesting that the Company reimburse the funds back to my account on the consideration that the Board of FFX Limited (the Company) is accessing shareholder owned cash assets to engage Legal Representation in matters regarding the serving of documents in relation to the 249D and associated documents.

I consider my claim to be fair and reasonable given that shareholders funds are being utilised for the defence of the board, equal footing should be granted (funds returned) for shareholders exercising their rights to remove said board, unless the current board of Directors intend to pay or have paid legal costs out of pocket for all matters relating to the above 249D.
