Presentation has alot of info in a concise format. The photos alone remind me of the sheer scale of the delelopment and the distances involved. Bring on 2014 and a world ecconomy starting to pick up along with rigs going back to do exploration and again OSH is not just a 1 trick pony but a many ring circus.
Tracking oil and gas prices as they are unhedged as well but offtake agreements are in place
I still have trouble putting real values on this project as the numbers are so large but it still has away to go before it gets near my lowball back of teh envelope and partners seem to be all working well together.
Just not sure when it has outperformed so many other stocks if it will ever pop and take a big leg up as production starts or if it will remain the quiet achiever. At some point investment in OSH for the gusy buyong the gas is as good a 30% hedge as you can get as if prices go up OSH makes more $ and if they go down you get your gas cheaper and OSH still has other exploration to keep a solid base price.
Quietly achieving and no single exploration failure will hurt OSH too much but a success will add another ring to teh 3 ring circus.
It will be throwing off so much cash no doubt expansion will be easily funded and scale along with experience will deliver new trains at even better costs while other struggle with debt finance. Not sure why they are persisting with the div other than to have teh credo of always paying one.
Back in my box as well. But do I put a loose trailing stop from here on in? The pain of the cap gains tax means it would hurt and possibly I'm better off to gradually roll some in personal accounts and keep the big money in super.
