Yes they should go but you need min 3 directors for a public company and they can't issue shares without directors, you all know of the dismal board performance and I suggested many moons ago to ditch them and put new directors in their place like Oly and Cuzo or whoever is prepared to do the job, let's face it can't do a worse job even if one tried!

ASX requirements are important if you value the listing so my reading is they want the vehicle or more importantly the tax losses, FH can put out updates but only if they are aware of them in a formal JV disclosure situation, as HNC are running it via the Receiver they don't have to comply with ASX rules.
