I seem to recall that in one of the radio interviews where he discussed Phase 1 JH said something like that it was important for them to find some edges around the coal seam just so they have a chance to actually calculate the total size.

In Other Words, CTP are comfortable for some of the wells in phase 1 to NOT show significant coal.
