current interest rates for cnp

Have just revisited my cashflow spreadsheet for CNP. Given the interest paying liabilities shown in the last half year report it would seem CNP were paying slightly less than 5% p.a interest on these interest bearing debts. I have run my updated spreadsheets using 9%, 9.25%, 9.5%, & 10% p.a. to examine what impact higher interest rates have on the cashflow model, as I believe a more accurate picture on CNP comes via a cashflow model c.f. trying to value assets (which I have previously done). Would appreciate any real input on what their current interest rate may be. No guesses please!
