Not necessarily. I think IO will bounce at some point, as does everyone else, but the question is when and for AGO's case well personally hate to catch the falling knife on that one. I have lost a lot from trying to catch that falling knife.
Alot can be said about the bounce back. I like AGO but not sure when.
