Indeed, Simgrund. My couple of dealings in the past with Armstrong Registry were a shambles. They had refused to acknowledge receipt of advice to pay owing money into a new bank account. After a subsequent unsatisfactory phone call to them, I simply gave up. Your tale doesn't surprise me at all.
