Here you go...... I just realized that our financials were so bad towards the end of Taurus loan that in late 2022 Our little Loanshark Nucharee gave us her desperation loan at a MASSIVE 12% Interest rate like we were Gambling Addicts coming from the Royal Randwick racecourse after the 5th race !

So, as at Today, this entire loan has not been paid back yet because we don't have the money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means it's very possible our Directors have taken a loanshark 12% Directors loan out of desperation in late 2022 and over the next 6 months siphoned $500,000 into there own pockets before end of financial year 30th June 2023 & also then gifted themselves an extra $500,000 base salary increase starting a few day's later in the next financial year on 1st July 2023 ??????

But here is the breaking news discovery.......

But the loanshark loan is still outstanding because we don't have enough money to pay it back right ?

But we still don't have any money to pay off fully the 12% little loanshark Nucharee loan! Her little loanshark fingers are still into our back pockets !

Are We still paying our little Thailand loanshark 12% interest on the $1,000,000 Extra Cash JG & RSK just stuffed into there pockets?

$1,000,000 @ 12% interest is an extra$120,000 a year from shareholders pockets into Nucharee Loansharks pockets just as a consequence of JG & RSK siphoning an extra $1,000,000 into there pockets instead of paying off our little Thai Green Chicken Curry and Fluffy rice Chef instead !
