Would anyone like to join me in a class action against the lawyers who have alleged they will be launching a class action against Sigma. They are vexatious litigants and not acting in the public interest nor the interest of their supposed clients. Do they have a duty od care not to manipulate the market? Clearly, the more publicity they generate for the proposed action, the further the Share price falls in response and the better their action appears as the distance from the original issue price increases.
