It’s very possible that the low kWh output of CETO 5 was due to a single tether , and the bouy tended to just pivot on it in the wave instead of move up and down— the three tether system may solve that problem but again, CCE wrapped up wave testing in March, no release of output data that I saw.

It is interesting though that they received ENEL funding very recently.
