This whole CETO "project" has been the biggest cov??##@@XX## to fund lifestyle and an annuity payment ( funded by the SH , Government & ATO )to retirement (BIG annuity payment when compared to much bigger companies that perform)
I repeat my past comments in that it is bloody disgrace that the Board have been paying the CEO a huge package when the OPERATIONAL & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE DID NOT JUSTIFY THAT.
1)If the Board has any credibility left they should reduce MO's package to a maximum of $250K and if he does not accept that then its BYE BYE !
2)Alternatively , if MO TRULY believed in the future of this Company he should spend $5 mil of his money (he has earned a fortune over the last 10 years) and buy shares on market and place them in escrow until certain conditions/milestones have been achieved.
If he is not prepared to do either or both then he should go , and the SH should initiate investigations .
Unfortunately I was duped like many others by the sales spin and did not see the light until it was too late, and paid for it dearly.
Someone has to be held accountable -- what has transpired over the last several years cannot be swept under the carpet any longer !
