Current NTA as of today will be $5.02 (ignoring any increase in value of Signature and Baycorp from this month's profits).

At current price you can sell IBA and get an equivalent amount (indirectly through AEP) of 103% of your former IBA holding... plus all the other goodies that AEP has.

I'm buying whenever I have cash available to... $2 must have significant upside and very little downside. Trying to hand on to some IBA at present though as this company seems to have a rocket under it (relatively speaking) and I'm hoping for further increases after their 17th Feb announcements.

Signature and Baycorp each have quite a bit of debt, but it is non-recourse to AEP in a worst case scenario, and seems manageable given the huge amount of cash reserves that AEP has...
