    So does anyone know who these loans are actually made to ?

    Unlike the US dud CDO's which are a homogenised blend of literally millions of dud home mortgages, these REU loans are actual loans to actual property developers, are they not ?? At least thats what I thought. So it should be posible to form a view as to whether those developments have any chance of being completed on time and leasable/sellable when they are completed.

    Any spies in england ?
