Hi all.
I stopped calculating the NTA of DGR one, maybe two years ago.
My DGR investment strategy did not encompass it.
I am interested now however as NTA would surely be a factor taken into account if ever "Fair Value" of DGR was calculated in light of a takeover .
Remember, we had Santon Capitol requesting the Register of members back in March of 2015, Conspiracy theories abound about NM taking DGR private, and Tribeca have come on the scene ( based on the fantastic leverage DGR Provides).
We do have an incredible asset base, which is extraordinarily undervalued and it seems the big boys are well aware of this.
Could someone post their latest NTA calc for DGR please?
