Current NTA, page-11

OK, so not quite what I was asking for, but very valid and interesting comments none the less.


Going from the period ending June 2018 Quarterly, NTA was circa 22.5 cps.

At today SP, that implies a discount of 62%.

JIDs post (which my opinion supports) indicates, some payback to shareholders will occur should management maneuver to take the Company Private. (purely conjecture for the purposes of this discussion).

In the meantime, while I have re weighted my holding, (sadly, as I genuinely felt DGR would have seen me right in a more efficient timeline), I remain of the opinion that I will need to keep buying DGR shares to avoid Management diluting my own holding.

Its great to see discussion on this forum.

The DGR chatter has been a bit of a void lately, esp since NM sold a chunk of our flagship SOLG for a song, and the enthusiastic SP dived along with !!
