Can anyone advise/recall how many shares or percentage of company that NM had when Arrow Energy NL, Waratah Coal, Bow Energy and Orbis at the time they were taken over. Just wanting to see if a pattern emerges as to value of these stocks when sold and whether accumulation occurred leading up to the period where investors lost confidence and thereby sold at a low ball figure to then have positive news following where a more fruitful takeover eventuated.

Did NM and other Directors accumulate over the same period? Directors know the real value, the potential, its longer term future, who might be interested in a TO, and can manipulate what information is released to the general market that can affect the price the normal shareholder can achieve. He self glorifies his involvement in Arrow, Waratah and Bow before they were sold......forgets to include the failures of Monto and Solomon Island ventures which cost DGR so badly.

Remind again of recent poor management decisions regarding selling SOLG to bank which then caused its share value to plummet to current low levels. Even after repeated good/great news share values of all of our companies are still down and continue to fall. NM is the CEO of all three companies and would have known exactly what affect his sale would have on the market. Indeed I suspect he has done it on purpose and the current affects were expected and done for his own self interest reasons......more accumulation by him and his inner crowd!

We all know that NM has been actively accumulating large percentages of DGR (nearly 20%), SOLG (5% plus 20% of DGR's interest) and will accumulate many more AJQ shares with the current CR occurring (after poor results from current gas well) as he has under-written the CR should anyone not take up their entitlement. It would seem that AJQ shareholder posters (go to this board and confirm) are now deciding whether to take up their 1-10 issue due to poor results. DGR is now committed to spending just over $2 million of its $3 million bank account to maintain same equity in AJQ and is committing more money on another new fledging company. Shareholders will need to come up with more money to maintain their equity/% in DGR.......and we can guess who will under right this CR. Would current shareholders really want to throw more money into DGR with its recent history?

Sounds familiar doesn't it......referring to SOLG and DGR of the past. ORBIS also struggled until a short period before a TO occurred. I recall NM had a sizeable amount of shares in this company and would have made 10s of millions from sale.

Recent conjecture by some posters on this forum have indicated their concern that DGR will be taken over by the Directors and NM would be the main architect.

How do we get rid of this fellow from having so much power before he destroys the rest of our investment.
