Hold your horses, Barrel has a fair point. This announcement is meaningless in the short term (2 year time frame) and the 7 % rise is pretty unremarkable if you look at the chart.
And.. It really is a money sinking liability until something happens to it, this isn't a problem for large companies. But don't forget DGR has around 50k left in the bank. Most people have more in liquid cash than this company.
So yes, it is a very fair to describe this as a liability. But don't take my word for it, watch the SP of DGR and IRR. The market knows. You go ahead and "load up cheap". Good luck to you.
