The other thing is that currently they have ~$40M in cash and they're sitting around doing nothing. If anything these overpaid paperweights should be out there trying to make things happen in terms of acquisitions, investments whatever and then take it to a vote to prove to us they aren't as useless as they obviously are. Ultimately I believe any proposition will be shot down due to previous performance however drawing huge salaries to sit around doesn't sit well with me.
