The current prospectus is not limited to large financials in a bid to raise $5mil with the right of an over subscription of another $5mil. The current offer is available to anyone wanting a new or additional slice of the ERJ action.

The current offer basically allows for one FREE option for every 2 x FPO shares @ 20c. The minimum appication amount is $1,000 which will get you 5,000 shares @20c and 2,500 options for zilch!

Applications close 5pm WA time - tomorrow Dec 24th so you'd better be quick if you want to get yourself an early Xmas present!

NOTE - I also understand that IF there is an over subscription of more than the max allowed to be raised - ie $10m, that the over subscribed monies will be returned. In this case you want get your 20c shares...........................................BUT you will get the options that you would have been allocated as part of the application. Yes........ there is a chance you could end up with some totally FREE options AND your application money back.

That is my understanding! Mind you, I am not 'betting' on the total freebies! I am more than happy to get my 1 option for every 2 x FPO ERJ shares................. on top of my 1 for 10!
