I've put lots of money on there not being a screw up with PDI obtaining a mining permit for NE Bankan - reason being, in a nutshell, the impressive caliber of the team, the common commercial interests of PDI & government to exploit the area for $. Further, we are talking about a crappy bit of land, pock ridden (probably also contaminated to some degree) from artisanal miner's extraction efforts. Topic has been discussed ad nauseam before - I'm in the non issue camp!
