re: good news oh - and by the way - if anyone wants an example of what the market will do with you when you dilute shareholders and then don't grow eps as expected - see JUM today - that is the downside risk to getting it wrong - even if only short term. JUM like TOX was a healthy company 2 periods ago and deteriorated last period and then announced a "profit upgrade" today - problem is that the larger shareholders are smarter than that and can use a calculator to calculate eps have eps forecasts based on the new stock issued - get it wrong and say your prayers.

Already one acquisition for TOX - bed that down first and grow the existing businesses - the market might be telling them that already?

Get it wrong - and dump!
