My numbers have gone out the window now. Reason is that when I read the TOX announcements it appears likely they want to acquire other businesses. They also say that the existing cash is a "base" for such acquisitions. I might interpret that as a capital raising is required on top of this "base". This being the case and I have no idea what they would buy then at this point all attempts at eps and pe calculations going forward mean zilch.

I am convinced that this uncertainty is behind the current weakness - the market hates uncertainty.

Not happy.
