    I wouldn't day trade this. I think there is still alot of volatility risk involved, but that it will sort itself out once (if) financing is secured.

    Once the project starts it is a relatively short wait of 18-24 months. Well worth it if it gets even close to the 84cps. Definitely not a 3 month 10 bagger though!
