    No need for a partner.

    Xstrata have an option to aquire a 51% interest in Roseby at fair market value.

    They've already shown their intention to follow this by commencing drilling of the SEEP exploration targets and once they spend 15mil on exploration they must aquire that 51% as per stated in the original agreement (including any debt financing).
