I feel your pain, but the options are really a legacy issue from the previous management. Don't blame RC, he inherited the basket case that the company was and the options structure in place.
As a matter of fact you should be thankful to him that the company is still solvent and your options, at a very outside chance, might come into the money. I never liked options. Good luck.
