He already had 20 months which was 8 months too long.
Anybody could have drilled 5 more wells into the Surprise field in that time and be swimming in cash which the company could be using to explore other 100% ground and making more new discoveries.
It is unbelievable not one well has been drilled in 20 months.
Why would you think another 6 to 12 months would help him achieve anything? We have no proof from the past performance!
