One thing that may help is a lower AUD to go along with a lower POG, the difficulty with that is that all the 'big boys' have been in a race to the bottom to devalue their currencies to prop up their economies. We have not engaged in that behaviour and I think very wisely too. Sooner or later, this will bite, there are still longer-term compelling reasons to own precious metals IMO.
