It was never dealt with just postponed till March, and they have been printing money all the while with a national debt now in excess of 17trillion dollars. All while the E.U. has been having more protests re Austerity measures and GERMANY's growth went backwards in the last figures. Its all being glossed over at the moment, but it will all bite hard soon.
