Just thought id throw some more info on the ALB dinner table. Its far from being earth shattering news, but still very important to ALB holders who are currently twiddling their thumbs waiting for go time, me included. Think of it as a little entree before the main...

Dated : 26/03/09 - "Australian nickel miner Albidon Ltd. (ALB.AU) also said it hopes to be able to get mines back up and running from the current care and maintenance status in 2010. Albidon said it needs a price above $5.50/lb, or about $12,125/ton, to begin mining again.
Albidon is in the middle of financing talks with China's largest nickel producer, Jinchuan Group Ltd., which said it aims to increase output this year rather than decrease production.
As of 0859 GMT GMT, LME nickel prices were trading at $9,505/ton "



Just FYI, nickel was trading yesterday at $19,355 per ton.
