Not much of a counter argument there my friend, but let's entertain your rebuttal for a moment.
So then, which part do you suggest is wrong?
A. the complete lack of any resource worth noting. Oh, I forgot...there's mountains of gold, and yellowcake for all, rivers of oil, and iron aplenty. STILL, with all that wealth, FAS still chose not to show it's hand whilst attempting to fully acquire the only thing it has of any worth, GWR shares....Yeah, right.

B. market forces which have dictated that this share is worth CONSIDERABLY less than it was one week or one month or one year ago...in fact it's been travelling in a continual downward motion since Jan07, well before any of the current market malaise became evident....seen it's chart lately. Then again, it did rise 32% today didn't it....on $40,000 worth of stock....LOL
I suppose though, that FAS has decent, honourable, hardworking and trustworthy management, so all is good...ROFL
