    Given that BTU now have 3 appeals to deal with, the price is holding up very well especially on a down day. The shorting of the stock doesn't seem to have happened, which I expected if appeal(s) materialised. I hope I am not speaking too soon.

    I also thought the appeal period closed on 16 Sept, but it seems RF&B are able to lodge their appeal today, does anyone know when time is up ?
