Off take agreements mean nothing without any products to off-take. THC have never cultivated anything. For those of you who have grown cannabis before, you know that it takes a few harvests to get he product right. It will be 3 years before THC have any proper MC revenue. (Excluding the lighting and HVAC stuff). Whilst I admire the optics, the cashburn of having facilities which generate no revenue is insane.
