There you go, this proves to me that there is nothing that THC can do to get their license any faster. Obviously ODC is lost in this process themselves and they are walking in uncharted waters.
Plus I have a feeling it's taking this long because every time THC ticks one of the boxes ODC asks for some extra details. Typical of bureaucratic government department. But then I could be wrong.
